@AnneENConnor Cool! Not only should we think of habitat conservation because this is an interesting/beautiful plant, but because it seems to be dependent on undisturbed habitats, it is both a potential marker and reminder that simply having plants on a piece of land is not the same as having mature ecosystems-- who knows how many other organisms we lose without even realising via habitat disturbance?
