Finally setup and tried out my PSVR2. vVeey impressive. It’s really light. Single cable is fine. Mounted cameras are awesome. The ear buds are gonna be a problem though as they don’t work with my small ear canals even with the smallest bud size (same problem with Apple AirPods).

Played about in No Man’s Sky - very slick! Smooth movement made me feel sick though.

Bought Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge to play through properly when I get chance.

@brindy all of your posts today are dangerous to my wallet! 😂
@brindy short bursts. As soon as you feel a bit sick take it off. After about 2 weeks or so (give it take a few days depending) the motion sickness will go away
@brindy I got a bit motion sick with the smooth rotation turned on in NMS so I switched it to snap rotation and it has been much better the last couple days.

@brindy

“Made me feel sick though.”

That was my experience with the original. Or less sick, more claustrophobic perhaps? Wore it for 5-10 minutes and put it back in the box.

You say “really light.” I’m guessing compared to vr1? That might help me. But what do I do with the old one?

@Sensational_Gus I managed to sell mine to someone with a ps4

Apparently the sickness goes away. Just use it daily until you feel sick and that period will get longer and longer until it’s not a thing.

@brindy

I figured but never put in the effort. Partly because I didn’t have any of the useful controls. Playing off the main controller takes away from the experience for me. So I was gonna try after I got the wands and maybe the gun. But then I never did that… 😄
