Jorge Caballero, MDAs a data nerd I appreciate how recent discourse comparing engagement on Mastodon vs. Twitter has focused on metrics. It should be mentioned, however, that the *quality* of engagement is far superior on Mastodon. Replies are generally well-intentioned and well-informed, and that matters, too.
Chris Alemany🇺🇦🇨🇦🇪🇸@DataDrivenMD Agreed. I just realized that a number of my recent toots have been followers-only rather than public and yet they still garnered more and better engagement than they would have gotten on Twitter. It is amazing how good the engagement per-capita is here.

I mean that from a quality of engagement perspective, not monetary. #TwitterMigration
