We got an unexpectedly colder arctic blast than forecast in Portland, OR yesterday. Almost 10" of snow and ice pellets.

No one was ready for that level. Lots of stuck travellers at PDX, poor folks. And houseless are struggling. (I'm going to try serving more warm things tonight.)

My window froze OPEN oops. Not great design. Sigh.

Maybe not colder as much as snowier and longer, to be clear.

Anyway, more than expected!

I saw a bus and a semi stuck while out serving houseless neighbors last night.

Hope everyone is okay!
