this is the perfect opportunity to install windfall taxes and fund a UBI so ALL Americans can cover their basic needs and more. Such a plan would not make a single wealthy person become not wealthy, it would only remove the gross excess of wealth wrongly accumulated off the backs of ordinary workers.
