Often I feel that the whole world is on edge after the worst of the #pandemic. Many critical underlying things broke like #SupplyChains, #health & #trust. Proceeding like it's business as usual is a very bad move.

Looks to me like everyone in that crowd is masked.

But according to PCR press there have been no new cases of COVID since12 January 2023. That is over 4 weeks of zero infections.

But they're still wearing masks?

With luck no increased-lethality strain will emerge from whatever is happening in China.

@skua We still don't know how many Covid deaths there are in China. The CCP & local governments are drastically understating the figures because they can't admit they bungled the country's emergence from COVID zero. I guess the number of masks in the picture are telling us a truer story of what's going on.
