Why are people so loud on the bus? Trust me, not everyone wants to hear your conversation, 
I love public transportation; trains, planes, trams, they're great! But I'm really finding that since we eased COVID Mask Restrictions people have thrown out so much social responsibility, and even a small bus journey is now very overwhelming.
Karen E. Lund 💙💛@aimee You remind me of a young woman having a loud conversation on a cell phone some years ago. People were staring at her, it was so loud, and she had an annoyingly nasal voice.
Apparently someone sitting close to her said something, because she said, even more loudly, into her phone, "Oh, my GAWWWD! Someone just told me I have an ANNOYING VOICE!"
There were giggles and a smattering of applause.
