@jimmerthatisall @PsychTink This is only partly true. Men were only able to believe what Brigham wanted them to believe, and those who decided it wasnโt for them were hunted down and murdered. A lot of the women were trafficked into Utah from England to be wives, with no freedom whatsoever. In a theocracy, youโre only allowed to believe the bogus nutbaggery the leader believes.
