Enjoy Carrie, should be great. I saw the movie 40some years ago. I am a constant reader, catching up on all SK books slowly. Coincidentally I just started Anne Rice Witching hour. I hope I don't stall like you did.

@security It was, finished it today!! And fingers crossed you enjoy The Witching Hour. I'm still sad I had to set it aside because overall I *loved* the writing. Definitely gonna need to pick up the vampire books.

Not great! I gave TWH 3/5 stars in my review on Goodreads. The testimonial on the back cover says it surpasses Stephen King, but _no way_. The book could have been shorter and just as good. 1035 pages is too much. #amreading #stephenking

@security Yeah, it really needed less of all that stuff in the middle. I couldn't keep reading cus it was making me not read.
