Despite keen interest in the Euromaidan days, I, too, had mostly turned away until 2021, because what's it to me anyway, these former Soviets are all messed up, etc. But I just can't turn away any more. I've been glued to the news since last February, donating to the humanitarian causes since. I want to help them win, and I want to help them rebuild. And I want to see it all up close, eventually. #SlavaUkraini

And all this is to say, again, than I'm very serious about wanting to not only visit #Ukraine, but spend a significant amount of time, biking through it, because it's on a cycle when I feel I truly see places. I have no idea when that can happen, or how it would happen when it finally does. Maybe three weeks from Kyiv to Odesa, following along the Dnieper. I don't know if that's a good route. I know there's just far too many places to go everywhere. But I want to. #BikePacking #BikeTooter
