@neven I was literally just saying to @meowrey how exceptionally bad the screens are in that show. Which is surprising considering the attention to design detail I usually associate with Johnson.

@buzz @meowrey Yeah… It might seem like I’m picky just because UI design is my job, but, meticulously done and gorgeous costumes and props, like belts and lamps and rugs, will be in the back of a shot for a few beats. Meanwhile, the tablet UI is 90% of the screen! And you’re MEANT to read it! It’s important!

@neven @meowrey And it feels like on the whole UIs are looking much better in film and TV. Which makes it all the more jarring that it’s so bad here. This is like…SVU in 2012 stuff people!

@buzz @meowrey Have you seen that screens-heavy movie 'Searching?' It's fun, and the amount and the quality of faked UIs in it are prodigious.
