Drew Mochak@SwiftOnSecurity Aren't AI's better than humans for "managing performance," at least if you believe the logic that leads you to replacing other peoples' jobs? Not only doesn't the computer have to give a shit about you, it isn't even expected to. None of the humans want the accountability of firing people anyway, it's a win win.
