@joelg Pretty good! Still doing CX/Support work - Pocket is still in the picture but I'm now heading up CX at Mozilla overall. It's been an exciting couple years with quite a few challenges, but that's brought professional growth as well.
I'm still rooting for Buffer as always. It's great to see expansion into Mastodon. Seems like a perfect fit.

The Buffer support means a lot, especially after all these years :) Indeed, I'm super excited about Mastodon both personally and in terms of all the fun things we can build on it for Buffer. As a long-term independent company, it feels like special moment observing a truly independent social network grow more widespread.
