If you look at Yasin's Composer file, it will probably give you a good idea of how he built the OER Studio.
I really appreciate how he has it set up to have Subjects, Collections, both public and private H5P, plus the ability to favorite other people's. Yasin was working to make it so that more of the OER studio was autocreated on install, but he was willing to run sessions to get your menus, forms and views set up.

I was following the project for a while. Yasin helped build https://h5pstudio.ecampusontario.ca and then was hired by LibreText and built https://studio.libretexts.org
I notice that this repo has been updated more recently than the "official" OER Studio Repo
