@breadandwater @ivory Haven't been here long, but this is awesome to see! Ivory and Mastodon are great so far, and the more people, the merrier!*
*If we have enough room
Yes, but for some reason when I get to the screen where I enter my credentials, the keyboard won't pop up on my iPad
thanks I did that, and then again when I downloaded the latest OS. I'm kinda hoping it fixes itself :)
@molk @breadandwater Maybe not but it looks like they're tilting that way 😉

@ORIOliver @breadandwater I think that’s a fair question. It might not be for everyone but @ivory is built by the same people who created Tweetbot. That was credited as one of the driving forces behind popularising Twitter and brought some beautiful design, UX and features to Twitter apps. Ivory is a large step into having the same innovation in features and experiences come to Mastodon.
Tapbots are smart and have a lot of community trust, but they’re not some evil Apple masterminds.
@ClinicalNovellas welcome to mastodon!
Apps differ in how well they perform and present the different capabilities of mastodon such as how to switch accounts or view different feeds.
The great thing about mastodon is there’s dozens of different apps to try. The ones that cost money such as ivory usually have a free trial. So once you’ve gotten more aquatinted with mastodon you could give those different apps a try and see if you like them.
@breadandwater @ivory not from us and got no apple device :P
So if that's a thing it's really pleasant to know that more people get noticed about mastodon
