I’m pleased to see that things that I worked on (undergrad research, the current mission and strategic plan), things that I advocated for (experiential and place-based education), and things that I think are moral and ethical imperatives (doing right by the Native students, and dealing with the horrible history of boarding schools) are all mentioned in the job description. (Even though I’ve been retired for 2.5 years.)
