@histoftech it’s the same in education. The superintendent in our small school district makes over 300% more than the starting teacher’s pay. I really do not know what he does except forward emails from the state dept. of education and take long lunches. He has hired office staff to do everything else.
@histoftech except that even after all of those worker AND executive salaries, these companies are still enormously profitable. So none of it is too much, from a profit perspective. So the layoffs must be about something else.
