Honourable mention to Wye Valley who, despite brewing the lush Butty Bach are actually just the wrong side of the border ๐
Used to take great pride that the drinks list at our old B&B was mostly Welsh suppliers.
All the beers (up to 25 different bottles from 4 or 5 different breweries), ciders (up to 10 from Gwynt & Hallets) and most of the spirits.
Wine was the only thing you couldn't really do - whilst there are vineyards in Cymru, they're small volume, so we couldn't buy them at a price we could mark up and be able to sell.
We've got such great stuff brewed and distilled locally ๐
