@Nance
How very beautiful.
I was going to ask if that was an agave, and of course it is.

So pretty. I love succulents.

@Pagan_Activist @Nance I have a few hoya carnosa and maybe kalanchoe. I neglect them horribly, but they keep on flowering and I manage to get a few cuttings. How easy is it to grow the succulents you have? Any new, but easy to grow, ones I might have a go at.

@borngeek

Absolute easiest?
Pick a member of the Sansevieria family with the flat leaves.

They can tolerate low light, forgotten watering, and total neglect.

Peperomia are fun too, if a little pickier about watering. Those, if you get one with big leaves you can just feel the leaf. If itโ€™s floppy, give it a drink.

@Pagan_Activist Thanks. I gave my mum two mothering-law's tongues because they are supposed to be easy. She managed to kill them. I liked them. I am partial to variegated plants, so I might give something in that family a go. The peperomia also look fun as they have an interesting array of colours/textures.
@borngeek
I have three different varieties of each, all variegated.
