Apple adding support for Mastodon previews in iMessage and Slack doing the same for workgroups would go a long way to making it easier to share posts.

@jimray I guess that is pretty good. I felt like I had just pasted a link somewhere and not gotten as good a result, but maybe I was thinking of another app!

@dmoren we just pull the Open Graph metadata for most URLs — it’s possible some mastodon servers don’t include that in the canonical link?
