Bethany BlackIt’s interesting to me that there hasn’t been a new anti-trans argument since the 90s and all of them get debunked all the time, but they still don’t give up because they have to reiterate arguments they *know* are wrong because they feel like bigots when they have to say “I just don’t like trans people, they creep me out” which is at the core of it all.

and I remember the same scaremongering about 'predatory lesbians' in the 80s, pretty much word for word, bathroom panic and all the rest. Offensive nonsense then, offensive nonsense now, as well as a diversion from the Tories shafting the country
