Let's talk Shezmu.
Shesmu is the deity over the wine press and butchery for the gods. It is Shezmu who prepares the meat for the gods to eat. I have read specifically he does this for Hethert, but is known to do this for the Netjeru in general. He is also a deity of wine and the winepress. It is a strange mix being associated with wine and blood or butchery. Until you find out that one of the symbols of the heart in AE were a bunch of grapes. So when Shezmu is pressing grapes he is symbolically pressing hearts to draw out the blood. Which is then made into a nice vintage.
Shezmu was considered a deity of neutral temperament. Sometimes vicious, sometimes calm, sometimes helpful. He could be depicted as a man carrying wine jars or as a lion headed man. He is associated with Ma'ahes and Nefertem, sometimes being equated to or replaced by one or the other.

In my practice I honor these three as brothers and include Yinepu and Ihy as children of Sekhmet/the Eye. But that is just me.

Good article on Shezmu- he's also associated with perfume and sacred oil production:
