sue_beyerI made it to the studio today. It’s not getting too hot today so thought I’d get in there and do as much work as possible before the 38 degree day in Melbourne tomorrow
cohan@sue_beyer 38 is toasty! beyond what we usually see here... though -38 happens sometimes..lol
@cohanf I've never been in -38 weather and I probably don't want to. Are you generally set up for that type of cold or is that really unusual?
@sue_beyer we are prepared for it-- that is our infrastructure is mostly good for that, houses are insulated, pipes are well buried: but all that said, if it stays long ( can go to -45C, though most winters we don't get more than a few nights below -35) we still could get issues of the occasional pipe freeze etc. Dressing for it is not too hard if you are not out for really long periods-- if you had to work outside all night, it would be challenging!
@cohanf I'll have to visit Canada one day!
