Takes immediate action against Biden over nothing... and yet Republicans will cry "witch hunt" and "cover up" when it comes to Trump.

Garland isn't fooling anyone. He looked for any excuse to delay taking action against any of the coup's leaders.

But now this.

Biden would pick up votes if he replaced Garland now. Simply, Garland is either incapable or unwilling to do the job that history asks of him.

They need to *get their hands dirty* and go for the throat. There’s many ways to do that that aren’t ethically dubious but these days, I don’t even care about that. From my vantage point, Garland is the fireman torching the exterior of our home while loudly assuring us everything is ok and to stay inside.

He showed who he was when he defended Trump in defamation suit brought by E. Jean Carroll and by not indicting Trump on charges laid out by Mueller. Why are so many blind to his dereliction of duty?
