I only just released blogs talking about hiring culture and management expectations and I already feel obligated to write another about HUGE RED FLAGS you are being gaslit by your employer because dang it, Americans put up with unbelievable insanity and think they’re being done a great favor and owe a corporation something.
Just another reminder that your employer that is treating you badly will replace you without caring in like one nanosecond if they can, and you do not owe them some honorable debt to stay if they’re abusing you.

@hacks4pancakes I’m always struck by organizations that will tell you a standard two week notice should be driven for departing employees, who will also walk a person out with no notice and no severance pay.
