@sirbone72 @dvmheather @bookstodon @cookbooks In the supermarket, though, it's just sold as pasta. I know this because I have a lactose-intolerant friend who gets extremely sick if she eats anything with eggs or milk in it - when I accidentally gave her crackers with cheese in them she had bad diarrhoea for 2 days. I've become aware!

@sinabhfuil @dvmheather @bookstodon @cookbooks oh, I see. Here in Italy it's always very clear if they are selling plain wheat pasta or "special" pasta.
