Oh my goodness!

IT'S BOOSTING TIME!!! 🥳 🎉

That's right! It's time to BOOST people who talk about their lives, either mundane or exciting!!!

The beauty of humanity is in the shades of our commonality.

You can join in on the fun by using the #today hashtag OR by simply relying to this Toot and let everyone know what YOU have got going on today!

And let's not forget to ENGAGE!!!

Thank you SO much for participating and helping to KEEP MASTODON SOCIAL!!!!!!

@Mrfunkedude I went to the pool and swam for a kilometer, with loads of breaks for stretches since my shoulder hurts.
On the way home I wanted to send back a pair of woollen house shoes I had bought but wich were to small. But alas, something was wrong with the return ticket and the post office didn't accept it.

Is this mundane enough? ;-)
#today

@wijsgerig "Woollen house shoes" ??? Got a pic?
@Mrfunkedude I've put them in a carton box but I can give the the image from the site
I used house shoes because I don't know a better description, might not be the common word?

@wijsgerig @Mrfunkedude Slippers might be the word you want?

Also those look really cozy!

@WestCoastChelle @Mrfunkedude the Dutch word "slippers" are way flimsier footwear, it is not the word that comes into my mind.

Yeah, I think they are comfy, but i need a size bigger

@WestCoastChelle @wijsgerig @Mrfunkedude They’re made in Romania by a company called ‘Glerups.’ Those in the picture are the ‘boot’ style, there is also a lower one called ‘shoe’ and one that’s got an open back to look like a slipper is called a ‘slip-on.’ The wool is the upper, and the sole is made from leather.

Yes, I sell shoes for a living and have no life otherwise.
