"AG Garland has assigned U.S. att'y in Chicago to review classified #documents found at Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy & Global Engagement in Washington... The roughly 10 documents are from President Biden's vice-presidential office at the center... CBS News has learned the FBI is also involved in the U.S. attorney's inquiry.

The classified material was identified by personal attorneys for Mr. Biden on Nov. 2, the day before the midterm elections..."

Worth noting what former govt officials said since MaL raid: classif docs get mistakenly removed from govt facilities fairly freq'ly. U report it, turn in docs, govt does damage assessmt =end of it. OR..u cover it up, lie abt it repeatedly to govt & force them to raid ur premises to retrieve docs (ie act like sociopth) in which case u can expect criminal charge.
