I tweaked the #pixelfedApp in-app registration logic to randomize the order instead of sort by highest user counts.

Larger servers shouldn't be prioritized, and this gives each server an equal chance at appearing first or higher up!

@dansup i get the need for the community to give all servers a fair chance to get new users.
I also get in a federated world , it is best for the infra to spread customers around.

But i am also torn up about how this might not be what users want. Some might want to check out the larger servers first. If not anything but for the fact that the larger servers have better local content or are likely to be better managed or are likely to stick around in the long term
