This is kind of a long shot but I'm trying get my hands on a sewing machine like this. It's a style of hand cranked #sewingmachine that is popular in #pakistan and #India but I can't find anyone that imports them to the US. Any leads would be appreciated.

@MrTylerCrook In Oregon the closest is going to be antique shops/ malls, where old Singers still are found from time to time. Not as pretty but the handcranked & heavy aspects will still be there. There's a decent chance one is sitting in some barn within 20 miles of you. There was a child's version in one in Seattle over Xmas break.

@mkreed I've been able to find new Chinese made ones that are very affordable. But the big attraction of the Indian and Pakistani sewing machines is the beautiful color and decoration.
