Today's ride: Another mild winter day, weather wise. Didn't hit the spit or cross the Don River so headed out to the Humber River and Sheldon Lookout instead. No sign of him. But he did unveil a new art installation.

Oh! The bike in the photo. I picked it up last year. It's a Triban RC100 from Decathlon. It's an entry level road bike. I picked up up because this city likes to use salt in the winter. Lots of salt. Sooooo much salt. I didn't want to ruin my pricier gravel bike. As a winter beater on the low budget end of road bikes I've found it's really quite capable and a nice ride. It's only got a Shimano Tourney 1x7 with a weirdo shifter but it does the job and I'm really happy with it.
I added a cheapo single bottle cage, slapped on a silver high viz saddle/tool pouch, full fenders (amazing for less than ideal weather riding) and replaced the back tire with a 700x28 Continental Contact Plus. Great value for the price I paid. I also use it as a fair weather errand and lock up outside bike. I'd be sore if it got stolen but not as sore as if my nicer bike got stolen.
