interviewer: lol okay, that was pretty impressive
me: I’m afraid we’re going to have to let you go
interviewer: *being led away by security* what is happening right now

Me: Yes. Tell me why you feel you are fit for this position and how you can contribute to the company.

Interviewer: now we are gonna roleplay, so you can demonstrate how to turn a negative scenario into a postive experience.
Candidate: oh ok
Interviewer: ok so hi, i would like to buy this but i have a few questions first, do you price match competitors?
Candidate: im sorry but your card declined you'll have to come back later
Interviewer: ...
@rebrafsim @janschiefer I did so however in a polite, professional, and reasonable way. So then a few days later I get a ping, “would you be interested in consulting to help us sort out our hiring pipeline?”
To which I did for a solid chunk of $$ for a few days of working it through.
So I stopped interviewing for an extra few weeks since I then had some extra vacay money! 🤘🏻
Figured I deserved it since I’d done a good deed! 🤣

On a serious note though, I find when I get these "give me an example of a time, " questions, it's tough only because rarely are they notable situations. I don't remember.
Think what I'll do from now on is tell them the truth: I've done it so many times its difficult to remember a specific one, but here's HOW I do it...
