aching lower back. need to do some low back sit-ups before bed. Played 2.5 hrs of Pickleball this afternoon. Tomorrow & Thursday, too. Other than that, doing well enough. And you, Ami? What has your day been like?

@BillMcGuire Oh, so you're very sporty. 👍Not me at all. My day was like always. Some mastodon in the morning. Waiting bus it's 8 o'clock. Making phone calls. Then finally sleep until afternoon. Slowly folding apart. Some reading, TV, cleaning up, painting.... Prepare food and coffee, a round of Mastodon and then research art all night, collect, write texts, get angry about missing info.... 💤

rather a full day with an interesting sleep routine. I was a jock in school, then took up raquetball while a banker; used to play tennis & basketball in h.s. Nowadays, only Pickleball, which I am competitive in. I enjoy it and force myself to play hard to get my exercise. That's how my girlfriend and I met in New Mexico, on a Pickleball court. We hit it off about 2.5 yrs ago. Moved back to TX in May because she has family in 'Austin, about 100 miles away, easy drive. My son is here, too.

@BillMcGuire Great, I'll watch it tonight. The only sport I like is "watching others play sports" I'm really good at that. 😁
So. I'm starting to need breakfast and coffee. Still two hours until bedtime. Unfortunately, I have to do some quick shopping. It's terrible. I wish you a restful night and no more pain. 🥴 We read each other tomorrow...

you're sweet. I have arthritis in both legs, though my right one is the worst. I just saw some exercises I can do to relieve the aching knees, so I'll give that a whirl. Yes, go get your sustenance. No problem here. I need to mosey off to bed anyway. Hugs.....and high 5's. carry on

My FB friend in LA, Ixchel Marina does some nice artwork similar to the 4th one. Things are loading slower than normally. Drat! I've bought a couple of her smaller pieces during Covid to help her out.
