Noam@jdecked Some companies do more real-world programming questions vs leetcode riddles. Companies whose interview process I preferred include Stripe, PagerDuty and Amplitude.
jdecked@noam it's true, but there are also good companies who just have a dumpster fire of an interview process. and there is a silly little part of me that wants to work there, if only to improve the awful interview process. also they pay better, sometimes. :) I have the time, I might as well...
@jdecked For sure, agreed! I think even Square, which I liked a lot, has a pretty meh interview process compared to the ones I listed. I'm pretty sure I did an onsite for pre-Musk Twitter in 2019 but I don't really remember what their process was, which probably means it was pretty leetcode-y as well.
