The BBC News bot that I follow often applies a CW "mention of death" to its posts. However, the following post had no CW -- and my first thought when I saw it was, I wish I hadn't seen that.

"New York approves composting of human bodies"

(Btw, even if they had put a CW, I would have seen it because I elected in my preferences to show all posts incl CWs. I was just pointing out the irony.)
