hsil@BrentToderian Ottawa had a good idea when the O-Train launched. They gave stickers to downtown merchants to put in their shop window that said something like, "We're less than a 5-minute walk from the O-Train station". This created an opportunity for customers who drove there to at least be aware of the option.
