It's incredibly grotesque that on the day Natives honor and remember those slaughtered in the Wounded Knee Massacre anyone thought it would be a good idea to schedule OU Sooners v FSU Seminoles.
Who are you rooting for in the Cheez It Colonial Bowl tonight?
Is it the team named after the settlers who jumped the line to steal Native land faster than the other people waiting patiently in line to steal Native land in so called oklahoma?
Or the team that bastardizes Semvnole culture by having someone in Osceola red face chuck a flaming spear into midfield while everyone does the racist war chant and chop?

The fact that your game, your chants, your dehumanization and tokenization of Natives means more than those 300 hunted down, executed, then dumped in mass graves is exactly why this isn't an honor.
