The anti-choice folks have found another way to enable abusive men to terrorize women, by creating an "estate" of an aborted fetus, and suing on behalf of that estate. @Judith_IP I wonder how many women will allow themselves to remain fertile in the face of such possibilities. You have to be very, very sure of your partner and your desire to be a parent to risk death from medical neglect or a nightmare lawsuit. How many women really want to host a fetus whose "right to life" is greater than their own?
