This morning I'm putting a sourdough batard in the oven for breakfast.

Mandatory crumb shot. What do we think? Over proofed? Hydration was about 70%. I want to try higher hydration next for a more open crumb.
Actually might be slightly under proofed or juuuust right. Tastes amazing.
