A reminder because I feel like many have forgotten about this.

Nancy New—who Brett Favre texted to confirm media wouldn’t find out he’s getting $5M in Mississippi welfare funds—has pled guilty to welfare fraud. She's likely going to prison.

John Davis—the former MS welfare director—has pled guilty to welfare fraud. He's likely going to prison.

So here's my question: Why isn’t Brett Favre—who was the beneficiary of that MS welfare fraud—arrested yet?

DOJ: Charge Favre & demand accountability.

@QasimRashid Brett Favre is a celebrity and law enforcement is probably scared to do anything with him until they have an iron-clad case. Even when they do have 100% foolproof evidence, they'll tread lightly because the right will be screaming persecution.
