Phil Allsopp@EleanorPe @irisRichardson though you might enjoy deep dish bluberry tart….no sugar just 48 ounces of Frozen Blueberries plus 8 oz of fresh ones cooked gently on low heat with a tablespoon of cinnamon then 6 tblspoons of whole wheat flour to stiffen the mix…pie shells cooked at 375F for 30 minutes after thawing.
Chill the pies - serve cold from ‘fridge
