Identity of the fallen of Paris released

According to the current status, three people have died in the attack in Paris. According to the daily newspaper Yeni Özgür Politika, the persons involved are Evîn Goyî, Mîr Perwer and Abdurrahman Kızıl.

🌹 Evîn Goyî (Emine Kara) has been active for the Kurdish freedom movement for many years and was most recently a representative of the Kurdish women's movement in Europe, she was a driving force in the Kurdish women's liberation struggle, one of those who captured the spirit of Jin Jiyan Azadî with her fight for freedom carried and fulfilled.

✌️ Abdurrahman Kızıl was a Kurd who was close to his homeland and who also worked in the diaspora for the interests of the Kurdish people.

🪕 Mîr Perwer was a Kurdish musician who was known and appreciated in the diaspora for his songs and belonged to the cultural movement TEV-ÇAND.

It took the police 40 minutes to even arrive at the multi-lethal apparent racist terror-attack, to then be handed over the attacker by the victims having done the police's job already and after that police attacking the at the time calmly grieving victims and friends,
then they do it again the day after when the people were to protest e.g. against not being protected against terror-attacks by the police.

You know and everyone else honest knows that these police riots, etc are rooted in systemic racism in an infamously far-right dominated authoritarian police corps.
The same racism as the attacker has now explicitly admitted to.

It is widely assumed that assassination was by or instigated by the MİT.

Prosecutor claims to still seek lifetime imprisonment.

It should be noted with additional emphasis for clarity that far-right "William M.", the attacker in the recent shooting in Paris self-declared to police as being "a racist" and to have specifically targeted the Kurdish community.

It was not arbitrary, but specifically ethnicity-targeting attack → politically motivated murders and attempted murders → terrorism.
The Minister of Interior on the other hand before the investigation hardly even started stated that it is not terrorism ("even though I am not allowed to say that"), because... incoherent rant, so yeah, that's a recognizable pattern worldwide.

No, delisting is not the same as surrender.
Delisting an organization from incorrectly being on "terror" lists does in no way mean it has to disarm. In this case it could and should be in recognition that HPG and YJA-Star followed Geneva Conventions+AP1 since PKK unilaterally acceded to those January 24, 1995 and are legitimate defence and liberation militias in an armed conflict. In this case against a ceasefire violator that systematically commits war crimes and crimes against humanity weekly, incl bragging of bomb-murdering children playing volleyball at UN-affiliated school, targeting Mosques, bombing UN-recognized refugee-camps, torture, universally banned chemical warfare, etc, etc. If anything, delisting does and should open for the defenders to buy or be donated weapons just as other defenders such as Ukraine, whilst Turkey should be embargoed from arms- and amrs-precursor-purchases at least until it stops explicitly repeatedly violating the UN Charter in worldwide press.

@b9AcE Not to mention that in many European countries, certain expressions of Kurdish identity are criminalized. Turkish state actors have impunity in any country. Remember the attacks by Erdogan’s body guards on American citizens and residents in front of the White House in 2017. No accountability for those guards, they put people in the hospital, beat women brutally and were able to leave. It was all on camera. There’s no safe place for Kurds.

@SkySpider Mmmyes, I recall my friend (not a Kurd) and others being shot at, in a van at a gas station after a demo that I think hmm, was as simple as demanding an end to weapons to crimes against humanity.
Despite all the cameras and everything, that of course amounted to nothing at all.

Or another time when specifically a Kurdish social centre was arsoned, to then be invited in to co-habitate with a Turkish cultural centre... but the police was abnormally silent until the case was dropped AFAIK.

Or those times the State Security of both Denmark and Germany documented and publicly stated that gangs tied to the Erdoğan-regime were planning terrorist murders in both Denmark and Germany, but apart from the gang becoming "banned" in Germany nothing seems to have happened...
