Another day another Distro! Last
Sunday our members went out to
McPherson Square for our monthly
distro. With @doubletrellis help we got out packed lunches, soup, water, coffee, and clothing

Yesterday The Peoples Hoagie Campaign, with other partners, participated in an emergency distro to support community members during this record cold snap. Working into the night, we were able to gather firewood, food, water, heaters, hand warmers, and supply bags with warm clothes.
As extreme weather events increase in frequency and severity we will need to depend on each other more and more to get by. This means we need to be able to operate sustained mutual aid programs as well as be able to respond as events unfold rapidly.
Get involved by joining us each month at McPherson Square to do what we can to make sure our communities are fed, warm, and as safe as they can be!

It took the police 40 minutes to even arrive at the multi-lethal apparent racist terror-attack, to then be handed over the attacker by the victims having done the police's job already and after that police attacking the at the time calmly grieving victims and friends,
then they do it again the day after when the people were to protest e.g. against not being protected against terror-attacks by the police.
You know and everyone else honest knows that these police riots, etc are rooted in systemic racism in an infamously far-right dominated authoritarian police corps.
The same racism as the attacker has now explicitly admitted to.
With the help of

and other partners we'll be out on Friday 12/23 distributing warming supplies to folks in response to the coming cold front!
Broad and Locust in Center City at 3pm and McPherson Square in Kensington at 4pm
