imagine putting on a merkin and queuing up to go and sit in the public gallery of a parliamentary debate with the express purpose of getting your clunge out in public while simultaneously being too cowardly to get your actual clunge our in public
if there was ever a situation I felt was best protested by getting my minge out, rest assured I would get my actual minge out
@stavvers Wait she didn't even do it properly!!!
@tasmosunt and yet, under law, it probably still counts as indecent exposure lmao
@stavvers I clicked on the content, “UK politics”, and while I don’t know what I expected, this was definitely not what I expected.
@stavvers I have no idea if this was deliberate on her part, but it looks to me like she avoids liability for sexual offences (and thus going on the register etc) by exposing her merkin rather than her actual bush. (Not a Scots lawyer, only a student English one, etc.)
@ajlanes as I understand it, if anyone could reasonably *think* it was a minge, its still a crime
@stavvers why would anyone think flashing a fake vagina is a clever way to protest protecting trans rights? I suspect the reason was to get in the front page of the right wing tabloids rather than to present an argument.
