@wooliex @StevenBeschloss The US wants global domination. If not, why still even have NATO? NATO is what Putin is afraid of being surrounded by. Get rid of NATO and appease Putin. The US is doing the same exact thing to China now. The US is the bad guy. We're the bad guys.
@markcobb @StevenBeschloss NATO exists because Russian imperial expansion is as much a threat today as it was in 1850 and 1950. Countries apply to join and can leave any time. A strong self defense posture doesn’t make somone the Bad Guys.
@wooliex @StevenBeschloss "A strong defense"? We spend more than the next 10 biggest countries in the world combined. We have 900 bases around the world. The world sees us as the number one source of terrorism. Our leaders publicly laugh at the thought of sending drones to kill people. People are waking up though. Military enlistment is way down for a reason.
