@shrisec It's a feature that they rolled out a while ago to certain users, including me. I think it's called Community Notes now, but I seem to recall a different name for it a while back. It was Twitter's attempt to combat mild misinformation. Stuff they couldn't block outright, but needed extra context to completely understand.

I never saw any other note like this on any tweet and that's why the first thing in my mind was maybe they added a new feature like they're adding so many new things to twitter.
