@aallan Surely you'd only be liable for posts made from your instance, right? I don't know if that's been tested at any point, but it'd definitely be a crucial point for each relevant piece of legislation, particularly for personal or private instances.

I am not an admin, so I am not sure of how much the process walks you through the red tape you'd need to operate an instance. I wish the article had gone trhough the process to report on it thoroughly.

@aallan I was pondering how UK laws around child protection/safeguarding/vulnerable adults and moderation would work here which could probably be added to your list.
