Tody MotmotIf you want people to take you seriously, you'll need to explain why you think Putin has changed from the man who constantly used promises of safe routes to get civilians in one place and bomb them.
It's insane to take the man seriously when he says he wants to negotiate but only if he gets to keep control of part of Ukraine, where he enjoys committing crimes against humanity. "I'm for peace let's give the guy some people to torture." is not a good look.
