@ajlanes cis/yes *however* the one I know the location of is the replacement I had to order to get my Irish passport a couple of years ago and have now filed ‘properly’.

@bugshaw Before I figured out I was trans I had no idea where my birth certificate was. (This all provoked by the issuing of a shiny new one sitting just over there <--)

@ajlanes @bugshaw Figuring out that one can be Irish is also a motivation to find such docs (although I did in fact know where mine was before that)

@ajlanes I’m fairly sure I know where it is to within the nearest 3 metres, but I’m not asking my mother to turn her entire house upside down to find it.

I have an official copy in my desk organiser waiting for us to have the tuits to sort out the hideous GRC process.
