I'm an impact AI entrepreneur who's worked with algorithmic influence for more than a decade.

A while back, when I was running a social games startup, I realized the dangers of addicting people to games with behavioral algorithms. And then Netflix, Spotify and TikTok happened.

Ever since I've worked on algorithms for positive impact, now building healthier social with https://equelsocial.com.

I've been writing mostly on LinkedIn, but also spoken in TV, podcasts and conferences, educated media houses and governments, and built multiple products and communities.

We run a Mastodon server for entrepreneurs and professionals who want to network with their real identity at https://equel.social. We are building topic-based discovery, one-click cross-posting to LinkedIn, and many more features geared for professional networking on Mastodon.

I'm currently finishing a book titled "The Servant Influencer".
